Be The Real You

BE THE REAL YOU.

When it calls for you to lay quietly like a dove,
Be a lamb who is docile to the path of obedience.
Dig deeper beneath the earth,
Go farther beneath the seas,
And turn your silence into a journey of rediscovery.

Take a glimpse at the empty sky
Through the corner of your inner eye,
A hidden star gleams glare and flare,
But only your psyche feels it ray.
Always be the real you unmasked.

When it calls for you to be in sight,
Flap your wings and break forth like an antelope.
Unloose the shackles making you to tumble and stumble in your illusion,
Erupt like a Volcano to tell them;
You're no more who they used to think.

How do you really feel within,
When the real you is hidden in hull?
Your soul perpetually feeds on empty pleasures
That burns like a hot hell.
Enclasp the real you and turn yourself pity to an euphoric tale.

For how long will you keep sauntering like a lame man?
You keep treading on the crooked path,
Thereby plaguing yourself with self-sabotage.
You've blinded yourself from seeing the rays of hope
Paying a visit to your cloud.
Tell Fear you've seen a light so bright to conquer its darkness;
Behold the confidence in you to dampen the demon.

Embrace your blazing uniqueness as if you were friends,
And let reality spread its wings like an eagle

That flies not only in dusk; but dawn to dusk.
It's time to show the world what is really you.
