Before You Pull That Trigger!!.

Before you finally pull that trigger,

& put an end to your grieving soul that's ever so eager,

Before you finally bid the world goodbye,

& erase all the tears in your eyes,

Do well to read this little book of mine,

Not just flipping through the pages, but absorbing every line.

Note every word I've inked in the preface,

Because they are genuinely how I feel about you,

You are a beautiful soul that the world needs to know,

& that's not even all about you.

Chapter one is a deep exegesis of your beautiful heart,

So why allow yourself to be ruined by the pain of your past?

When you finally read, do notice the cover page,

And see your beautiful picture framing it,

There you are, so beautiful in a lovely African dress,

With your smile like an angel, & your hair like a princess,

I am sure you will be surprised by the epilogue's length,

Well, it's quite short and it reads —

"The purest soul I have ever met."

So even if the world makes you shed so many tears,

Just know that I am somewhere, & I truly care,

So even if the world makes you feel so broken,

Trust me that I won't condemn you for your wrong deeds,

So before you finally pull that trigger,

Do well to open that little book of mine, & read.
