Dream your dreams

Open your eyes and dream of the universe at your feet,

Keep your dreams safe in the four corners of your heart,

Keep them stable for safe-keeping in the closets of your soul, 

When the world wants to butcher them on the table of life,

Grab them from that table with all the stamina left in your being.

Dream dreams that .behold your visions bright and beautiful,

Keep them away from all the killing hands around your abode,

keep them in beautiful boxes in the parcels left in your spirit,

keep your spirit glowing with flaming woods from your kitchen,

When the flames are gone, so are your dreams and spirit too.

Dress your dreams delicately in delicious garments of greatness,

Clasp them so hard in your palms and never let go of them,

The earth is so rocky that some dreams won't sprout and survive,

Wear the helmet of fire and let the flames engulf those feelings of fear,

Absorb life into your body, soul, and spirit and every essence you exist in. 

 

I have dreams throbbing inside the hut I built for them in my heart,

You also have dreams seizing up your sleep with cloudy climates, 

"From the lips of this human seeking for some fertile soil to grow her seeds",

A glasshouse won't do because the sun might shatter them into pieces,

There is a place at the bottom of your heart that is ripe for you to thrive!
