Should we say Bernice was delusional,
Her affection was pure and intentional.

Tinuke was wrong to love Michael,
She fell in love with perfect intentions,
But it seems he wore a false apparel,
And she got pain instead of affection.

Felicia wasn't wrong to be mad over heels,
She was 29 and "overripe" for marriage,
Who knew that brother Felix was a scumbag,
Who only turned her into a boxing package.

Normalcy was quite in place,
When Beatrice fell in love with her childhood friend,
But now, she regrets those days,
Of how she fell in love with a fiend.

Should we say Bernice was delusional,
Her affection was pure and intentional,
But Richard wasn't just man enough
And her love story with him was sadly tough.

Sandra felt Billy was her Heaven's mate,
That she agreed for a first time date,
After 5 sad love stories, she decided not to fear,
But being stood up was too hard to bear.

How sad was it for them to experience such,
Folks who were betrayed at such level
And I am sure that whenever they hear love again,
The pain they have suffered would make them tremble.
