You don't need to work hard

 

Excellence is the product of smart work not hard work. A hard worker is one who hasn't found a better way to do things.

A smart worker is one who has found a way to success that was not shown on the achiever's map

You may never find a smart way of doing things until you work so hard and have little results. Many people never rethink the process they follow until they fail

Hard work either shows naivety, dogma or laziness

Naive people believe if I give all my time to it, it'll just open up for me and I'll be all successful

Dogmatic people believe, this is what I was taught. I was told to work tooth and nail before success is achieved. I don't rethink the process, I follow it foolishly. Not knowing times and seasons change and so do things in them too

Lazy people however believe, I need some level of punishment to ease the guilt I feel for all the time wasted, so I choose to work really hard so my soul can know I gave it all. Yeah, you did, but too late.
