Let's go with the flow,

One,

Two...

That's the song and the story,

Of all, not one or two.

The slapping waves of the sea,

Back and forth,

Isn't that what our lives look like?

Blurred straight line,

A plea for light at the bends

That echoes into the dark,

Fading into the distance.

We lose the zeal to navigate the shade

"it's just one of those things"

Becomes our story;

Becomes our song

One,

Two...

You and I,

Far from all white,

Some off-white,

Some with different strokes,

A dove life becomes a dream never lived,

Let the waves wave back,

And remind me,

That this flow that never goes straight,

Is same for me and you.
