White Robes

WHITE ROBE

Silent nights made ungodly; Holy nights for sinners.
A lullaby for the elderly,
Bloody tongue muttering prayers.

White robes on darkened minds; goats in dogs' clothing.
A gathering of mockery,
Where students grade their teachers.

There comes the wind confused as it blows;
And the finger of men says wither it goes.
A Sacrifice made to dictate to the Divinity,
The path where His infinity should end.

Man serving men; gods worshipping men.
A call for Grace,
While forsaking His Love.
