Know why you are procrastinating

It is important to work out why you are procrastinating. It could be because you feel overwhelmed by the many tasks you have to do, so break it down.

Also, you may not feel motivated to carry out the task, you can decide to set up rewards for yourself that will make you look forward to doing your task.

Have a to-do list

If you are someone who finds it easy to forget the tasks you want to do, it is important to keep a to-do list which you will tick off every task you have accomplished for the day. It helps you feel more in control of the tasks and what you have to do.

Keep rewards

One of the proven methods of overcoming procrastination is setting up rewards for yourself for each task you take care of.

If your tasks feel big, overwhelming, and you just want to do any of your favorite things instead. Then, set those things you wish to do instead as the reward for a job well done.
