The Lion and the Parrot

"Leadership is everything"

Once we thought we had the lion

The keeper of the laws of the jungle

He made every forest look disorganized

Cause he set beauty in its borders.

The lion won't forever be the King

"four years term" is democratic

Till the parrot won the chair

Causing every citizen to fear.

She knew how to tweet

She made daily a bag of speech

She was good in security

Of course being a bird makes nothing hide in obscurity.

The town got tuned to her sound

And wanted to hear it another season

While we gathered to choose our next chair

They had prophesied her as their heir.

The parrot would not stop speaking

And the listeners can't stop heeding

Till they could take it no more

But break the walls that sets a fall.
