Here Is What I meant When I Tell You I'm A Poet

"I make the world merry go round
That you may realize the beauty of rainbows."

Born with the blood of all tribes
I'm black & white. I'm queer & straight —
An intellectual croesus of words
I create romantic imaginaries —
You may say it's a world for paupers
I write about pain & aches. Tears & cries —
I feel the hurt of the broken & rejoice with the joyous
I make the world merry go round
That you may realize the beauty of rainbows.

I'm a preacher for gloomy faces to wear their smiles
That they'll shine brighter than the clusters of stars
I create gentle balm of words for depressed hearts
Poetic reminder for semicolons —
that they were never alone
I craft grottoes with the chants of blue lights
So the dead may journey through the land of shadows.

My words springs from a place that has no boundary
Every art & nature talks to me
I make realities painless with my paint of ironies
Weaving words for humanity is my hobby
So I'll flaunt it like a painter does to colour
I must write —
It fills my soul
& since words cannot die
In my words I choose to breath life
That I may live forever.
